Management Team

Mr. Bray joined Huffman Corporation in June of 2010. As President and CEO of Huffman Corporation, Dennis Bray along with the management team will lead the strategic direction of the Huffman Corporation, Huffman Technologies LLC and Springfield Manufacturing LLC companies.

The integration of this group of companies provides customers with innovative machine tool, process development, application software and specialty manufacturing production solutions.

Prior to joining Huffman Corporation, Dennis Bray has held various leadership positions in the machine tool industry for over 30 years.

Mr. Bray is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Madison and holds a BS and Ph.D. in Engineering.

Mr. Pagett has been with Huffman for 12 years, recently as the mechanical engineering manager. Prior to joining Huffman, Pagett was at Union Special Automated Systems Division in Charlotte, N.C.

As VP of Engineering, he is leading the effort in innovative design and development of Huffman's new machining systems. He is also providing the vision for future development efforts and new technologies in the many diverse industries Huffman Corporation serves.

Mr. Pagett received his BS in mechanical engineering from CAL Poly Pomona in Pomona, CA.

Mr. McBurney joined Huffman Corporation in November of 1989. Prior to joining Huffman Corporation, Mr. McBurney worked at Warner & Swasey Co. in Cleveland, Ohio and Charlotte, North Carolina in their Internal Audit department.

As VP of Finance and Administration, he formalized Huffman's cost system with multiple burden rates. Mr. McBurney also established product line reporting so trends and other data can be tracked.

Mr. McBurney is a graduate of Clarion University in Clarion, Pennsylvania.

Stan Pearson joined Huffman Corporation in December 2007. He manages Huffman's outside sales force and distributor representatives, domestically and internationally.

Stan has over 20 years experience in progressive engineering, sales and operations. As Global Sales Manager, his direct sales area will be Western Europe, but he will manage and assist worldwide all of the sales territories through his team.

Stan is a graduate of Miami University, Ohio and holds his MBA from Saginaw Valley State University.

Kim Hammar joined Huffman Corporation in May 2010. He manages the overall manufacturing operations of Huffman and is responsible for materials management, assembly operations, facilities maintenance, quality, and information technology. He is the management representative for our ISO 9001-2008 quality system.

Kim had previously worked for Okuma America Corporation in Charlotte, NC and has over 30 years of experience in manufacturing management in the machine tool industry.

Kim is a graduate of Santa Barbara Community College.

Doug Childers joined Huffman Corporation in January 1981. He manages Huffman's customer service unit and is responsible for after-the-sale support, service, training, spare parts and equipment upgrades.

Doug had previously worked for Duff-Norton in Charlotte, North Carolina and has over 25 years of experience in the machine tool industry.

Doug is a graduate of Gaston College.
